The original model was designed to separate the positive electrode, negative electrode and diaphragm paper, so the second generation of our production machine is designed to simplify and speed up the previous equipment and to drop the negative electrode, positive electrode and diaphragm paper onto a belt line.

The average working efficiency is 45s to dismantle a cell; we estimate through our previous equipment experience that we can do it faster, and we will improve the equipment efficiency when the equipment is commissioned, and maximize the equipment utilization after stable production.

Process description.

1. workers put the product in the positioning fixture, there are sensors in the fixture to determine whether there is a core, after confirming the robot automatically grasp; subsequent feeding can be based on other equipment docking layout, reserved for automatic feeding interface.
