Safe Storage
(1) Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated warehouse with non-combustible material structure to prevent container damage and dampness.Storage temperature is controlled at 20 ~ 35℃.
(2) Keep away from heat source and fire source, and separate from amine, alcohol, alkali and water-bearing articles for storage and transportation.
(3) The system of "receiving and sending for two persons and keeping for two persons" of highly toxic chemicals shall be strictly implemented.
Transportation Safety:
(1) Transport vehicles shall have transport marks for dangerous goods and shall be equipped with satellite positioning devices with driving record functions.Without the approval of the public security organ, no transport vehicle shall enter the area restricted by the transport vehicle of hazardous chemicals.
(2) Special tank truck shall be used for transportation.When transported in other packing containers, the containers shall be sealed with a cover.It is strictly prohibited to mix with oxidants, amines, alcohols, bases and water-bearing articles.Transport vehicles shall be equipped with emergency equipment for leakage treatment during transportation.Be protected from sun exposure, rain and high temperature during transportation.
(3) The conveying pipe should not be laid near the heat source;It is advisable to use overhead laying, or near the ground if necessary;When the pipeline is laid on the ground, protective measures should be taken and obvious warning signs should be set up in the sections where people are more active and are prone to being hit by vehicles and foreign objects.
