8 Inch Slip On Flange

We have many flanges in stock, mainly including 8 inch flange slip on and welding neck flange with ANSI standard. All of our flanges are made of best raw materials which are from famous on-track steel factories. ANSI flange is a common used flange in petroleum and chemical industries all around the world. Flange quality depends on good raw materials, advanced production technology and strict inspection and supervision. We are fully in accordance with the ISO and CE standard, material selection, production, testing, shipping and delivery.

The slip on flange are bored slightly more than the tube outside diameter. They are preferred for butt welding for many users due to their lower initial cost, but the final installation cost may be much less than the welding neck flange because of the extra soldering.

Advantage of Slip on Flange

Lower installation cost.

Less time to ensure accuracy of cutting pipe.

Relatively easier to align.

The slip on flange has a lower hub because the pipe slides into the flange before welding.

Need to weld both inside and outside to ensure sufficient strength.

Prevent leaks.

Applied in the key projects of the industries including petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, shipbuilding, paper making, pharmaceutical, oil transportation and gas pipeline.
